I wish from bottom of my heart to all women who are the nurturer of the beautiful world created by god. In today’s world, women needs to learn living with self respect and to achieve that, she needs to be self independent. If women are self sustained then social development is bound to occur quickly and for that education is essential. Urban women are educated but many of the rural women are still un-educated. We all should make an aim to have 100% literacy in women on this day. As far as Women reservation bill is concerned, it was a dream of Mr. Rajeev Gandhi to have women in active politics and not to have them confined to only corporation or Panchayats, where reservation has already transpired. I thank President Pratibha Patil, Congress chief Soniya Gandhi, Sushma Swaraj of BJP and all those who have supported the bill on behalf of all Rajkot women.
